so awards night was tonight and I got kind of really emotional and I don’t want high school to be over and holy crap just like that my high school baseball career is 100% over and now I need to get my shit together if I want to play baseball at the next level so yeah there’s that ok I guess I’m done now I just have like emotions and stuff and sometimes I need to let them out ok?

So... I've been gone for three days; here's why:
[[MORE]]my school’s baseball team had a year-end baseball tournament in Columbus, OH.
It was nice, and fun. And I got a ton of playing time this year. We ended up finishing second, which is impressive considering that a) we lost 13 of our players from last year, and had a team that had only 14 players, half of whom were rookies, and b) last year we only got second place.

it’s weird knowing that I will never play another game of baseball in high school with a metal bat, and that in four days my high school baseball career will come to an end

maybe I’ll also get around to writing about my tuesday night, which consisted walking four miles at 10 at night, pulling close to an all-nighter, crashing on a friend’s couch for two hours and then walking another four and a half miles home at six in the morning.
